The BabyCare program is a home-based program that fosters safe and healthy pregnancies and healthy babies by providing free education, care coordination, and support services from registered nurses to high-risk pregnant people and infants up to 24 months of age. Services Include:

• intensive case management
• coordination of care
• Pack 'N Plays
• education about prenatal care, birthing, infant care, parenting and community resources.

Free child safety seats and booster seats are also available.

Miriam's House operates a rapid re-housing program for homeless youth and families. Community First aims to reduce the length of time homeless households experience homelessness by connecting them with safe and affordable housing within the community. Community First clients work with a Housing Coordinator to identify their barriers to housing stability and to address these barriers during in-home case management.

Provides supplemental payment to licensed Homes for Adults and Assisted Living Facilities that will accept the state approved rate. Client keeps a small monthly allowance for personal needs, and the rest of their monthly income is applied to the State approved rate. The Auxiliary Grant pays the balance of the approved rate to the provider.

FAMIS MOMS encourages pregnant women to get early and regular prenatal care to increase the likelihood for a healthy birth outcome. FAMIS Select helps families pay for private or employer- sponsored health insurance. It offers families with children enrolled in FAMIS more health care coverage options. The FAMIS Select program allows families to choose between covering their children through FAMIS or through a private or employer-sponsored health plan. Dental services for children enrolled in FAMIS or FAMIS Plus are provided through the Smiles For Children program. The Smiles For Children program encourages good dental health and recommends regular check-ups with your child's dentist.

This program can provide low to moderate-income individuals and families with financial assistance towards security deposit/1st month's rent, rental assistance or utility assistance. This program also provides case management to ensure that clients will become self-sufficient after completing the program.

The Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act funds this program to provide legal and advocacy services to assist children and adults with severe, lifelong disabilities who require special care, housing, treatment, and services and who have been abused, neglected, or discriminated against, due to their disability. Problems related to education, residential care, training centers, community rehabilitation programs, infant programs, and activity centers are handled under this program. The most common DD issues include: special education services; abuse and/or neglect of persons in special programs; the right to live, learn, and work in the most integrated setting; assistive technology and assistive technology services to support independence; freedom to make independent decisions whenever possible; and access to programs and services.
