Oxford House, Inc. is a network of self-run, self-supported recovery homes for members recovering from alcohol and substance abuse throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia (DC). We provide separate houses for men and women and some houses accept children with parent. When an individual is accepted for membership in an Oxford House, there is no time limit on how long he or she can live there, but the use of alcohol or drugs or non-payment of rent will result in expulsion. There is no clean time required to move into an Oxford House. All houses are near local transportation including buses and subways. Wheelchair accessibility varies by location.

Cardinal Care Smiles is Virginia's dental program for Medicaid, FAMIS, or FAMIS Plus. Members who are enrolled in Cardinal Care Smiles and are 20 years of age or younger receive comprehensive dental benefits. Comprehensive dental benefits are also available to pregnant members enrolled in Medicaid and FAMIS MOMS, as well as Medicaid members over the age of 21. There are no costs associated with dental care services in the Cardinal Care Smiles program. Cardinal Care Smiles is a program offered by the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) and is managed by DentaQuest. The member support service team is available to assist Virginia Medicaid members in finding a participating dental provider. Member Services can help with claims, prior authorizations, transportation, and any questions regarding policies and procedures. Adults can access non-emergency transportation services to receive dental care. For adults enrolled in a managed care organization (MCO), transportation will be provided through their MCO, except for those enrolled in FAMIS. Adults in fee-for-service will receive transportation services from ModivCare (formerly LogistiCare), which is the transportation broker for DMAS. which is the transportation broker for DMAS.
