Crisis services are a 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency program within the Hanover County Community Services Board (CSB). Crisis provides emergency mental health and/or substance abuse services. In addition, it is the entry point for outpatient MH/SUD services at the CSB for Hanover County residents who meet the eligibility criteria for these services.
