The Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators and Onsite Sewage System Professionals (WWWOOSSP Board) licenses individuals who operate water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as onsite soil evaluators, onsite sewage system installers, and onsite sewage system operators. The 11-member board is composed of licensed practitioners, the director of the Virginia Department of Health's Office of Water Programs, the executive director of the State Water Control Board, and one citizen.

Their office also provides public education to its citizens on emergency preparedness information. Argus House is a community-based group home for high-risk male adolescents age 13 through 17, specifically juveniles who have committed delinquent offenses - or have been labeled as a child in need of supervision - and who display the motivation and ability to change. Clients and their families must be residents of Arlington County and the City of Falls Church.

Provides supplemental payment to licensed Homes for Adults and Assisted Living Facilities that will accept the state approved rate. Client keeps a small monthly allowance for personal needs, and the rest of their monthly income is applied to the State approved rate. The Auxiliary Grant pays the balance of the approved rate to the provider.

The Teen Wellness Center is a medical clinic created to provide accessible health services to any teen living in the City of Alexandria. Located within T.C. Williams High School, the clinic is open year round and provides a variety of health and confidential services to teens between the ages of twelve and nineteen.

A counseling program for women facing unplanned pregnancies. The center offers a comprehensive program by providing crisis intervention, pregnancy counseling, infant foster care, medical referral, referrals to other community resources, adoption services and baby items provided to those in need. Interpreters are provided for Spanish speaking clients. Pro-Life center.

Cherrydale Health & Rehabilitation Center provides rehabilitation services and a full range of skilled nursing services and facilities for long-term care patients.

The Southwestern Virginia Regional Employment Coalition places participants at non-profits to help them gain skills and work experience. Application completion, résumé writing, communication, and time management skills are also taught as needed.
