Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment Services provide persons with substance abuse problems and their families, treatment in a supportive and challenging environment. A variety of tracts are available to best accommodate the clinical needs of those served. Specialty tracts are also available for women, adolescents, and individuals involved in the criminal justice system, as well as individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders.

Provides neurology services for children

Offers a medically monitored inpatient drug and alcohol detoxification program. This means physicians and nurses will carefully assess the client's drug and/or alcohol situation, develop an addiction detox plan and guide the client through their individualized plan. This plan is designed to help people gradually withdraw from drug and/or alcohol use. Depending on the particular circumstances, physicians may prescribe medication to help client move safely through this part of your treatment.

Community Food Pantry for Fredericksburg and surrounding counties. Offer resource referrals for other needs as well as computers for completing applications , resumes and other needed forms. The Center partner with many local businesses who donate food resources as well as the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and Goodwill industries.

Offers in-home assistance services for persons who have a developmental disability. Approved under Medicaid Waiver.

Provides training, business technical assistance, and business loans to create or expand an existing business in the area served as listed below. Provides business readiness classes and business plan development courses. Both existing and start-up business clients are eligible to take the training courses. The service area includes Virginia's ninth congressional district.

Provides and promotes within county fiscal guidelines library materials and services that meet the individual interests and needs of the residents of Fauquier County. Special emphasis is placed on providing current, high-demand, high-interests materials in a variety of formats for all ages and on providing collections and services that encourage children and young people to develop an interest in reading and learning. Emphasis is also placed on providing informational materials and services to support personal interests, community interests and formal educational needs.

The Harmony Day Support Program provides structured day placement and training for individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities who may not be eligible for other training programs but who could benefit from social skills, pre-vocational and instrumental activities of daily living training. The goal of Harmony Day Support is to: Utilize community supports and services such as educational programs, contract work, recreational centers and public libraries. Develop social, recreational and leisure activity skills. Develop functional skills. Increase the individual's integration into the community. Teach individual's effective ways to interact in his/her environment. Develop self-esteem and self-worth. Develop friendships. Experience work-based opportunities

Children and adolescents who are admitted to the Center are in crisis in their current environment. A child must be prescreened and determined to be in danger by a prescreener from the home community service board (CSB). Typical circumstances requiring psychiatric treatment include: Threatened or attempted suicide Aggressive/assaultive behavior Need for evaluation & medication management The Center provides a modern, safe environment with four 12-bed living units and adequate education and recreational space on a single-story floor plan.

Retirement village include 14 individual 2-bedroom privately-owned cottages for independent living and a 60 bed assisted living facility with 20 additional beds for residents with Alzheimer's or a related dementia.
