This virtual support group is free and open to individuals who have experienced domestic and intimate partner violence. The group is designed to provide support and facilitate the process of healing through supportive and trauma-sensitive member-driven discussion. Group members are supported in safety planning to establish physical and emotional safety. Members are encouraged to share their experiences with one another, which helps them to build a sense of community and minimize the impacts of social isolation.
Survivors of Sexual Assault Support Group
Thursdays 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
This virtual support group is for adult survivors of sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse. Group members are encouraged to share their experiences and feelings in a supportive and confidential setting. This peer driven group allows opportunity for open discussion around the physical, mental, and emotional impacts of trauma while developing coping strategies for trauma-related symptoms. This group is free to the public and new members can join at any time.
