Services offered may include home based care, transportation, adult day services, adult foster care, nutrition services and legal intervention in order to protect the adult. Services may also be arranged for individuals in emergency situations who lack the capacity to consent to services.

Homes are built by volunteers and homeowners, known as partner families. Homes are sold to partner families with a no interest mortgage. Habitat families are selected: 1) completion of application and credit report, 2) ability to repay zero-interest mortgage, 3) inability to obtain conventional financing for a home, 4) living in substandard housing or homeless, 5) meet income requirements and 6) agree to partner with affiliate. Volunteers welcomed from all walks of life.
