As much as possible, families should have tried normal channels of communication before requesting Red Cross tracing services. The family member making the inquiry must be a close family relative who has been in direct contact with the sought person before the conflict or disaster occurred and must provide essential information on the sought person. Services include:pregnancy testing, nurse consultation, pro-choice options education, limited ultrasound, community resources, male mentoring, material items and after-abortion care. All services are free and confidential. Referrals for medical, legal and other community services are available. Evening appointments available on Thursdays. Hours vary, so please call for appointment times. All calls are handled in a confidential manner. A current schedule of hours is posted by the front door for walk-ins.

Responds to request for information and referrals on niche topics related to hearing loss including, but not limited to, where to find sign language classes, support services, assistive technology, and more. Specialist promote public awareness about services via exhibits at local-regional events. Specialist assist clients with their telecommunication needs including applications, assessments, installation, training and troubleshooting specialized telecommunication equipment.

The Pregnancy Support Center provides free pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, options counseling, information, material assistance, telephone referrals, adoption referrals, information on pre-natal development, and post abortive services.

Provides a national organization for Alzheimer's and other related diseases. Local chapters support services such as help lines, educational programs, respite care programs and referrals to useful services available in the community. They also sponsor support groups which offer persons with Alzheimer's disease, family members and caregivers the chance to share their experiences while learning how to cope with Alzheimer's disease.

Information and assistance provides resource information that older persons and/or their caregivers need to help find and access services, whether it is from the Agency on Aging or from another agency or program.

Host monthly Lunch & Learns to educate the public about important topics like suicide prevention, provide Mental Health First Aid to the community, provide Resource Guides to help those in need find therapy and resources quickly and easily, and bring together leaders from partner organizations to set community-wide goals to improve mental health access. Nursing Referral Service is a caregiver registry connecting families to freelance nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants for private in-home care. As an alternative to Home Care Agencies, NRS facilitate consumer-directed care for families who prefer to have a say in their health care. Freelance providers are extensively screened and vetted with documented work history letters of recommendation from previous families. Share your preferences and requirements, and they connect you with caregivers who match. Consumers interview and select the caregivers.

Center staff members identify resources, services, and service providers in public, private, and community organizations that are capable of assisting in achieving the goals set in the Peer Counseling process. Building on the concept that knowledge is power, information is provided about community and personal assets that can bring accomplishment to personal goals. Referrals to other service organizations are regularly a part of putting together the "total package" to meet individual independent living needs or the removal of barriers to achieving those goals.

Provides assistance to service members, family members, and retirees based on needs. Services include short-term mental health counseling, financial counseling, relocation assistance, transition assistance, spousal employment assistance, and I & R. Also provides pro-active educational programs, one-on-one counseling, group programs, family counseling.

The BBB Wise Giving Alliance publishes information to help with charity donation decisions.

Provides information about fetal development, abortion, and alternatives to abortion, infanticide, prevention of assisted suicide and euthanasia. Makes available printed material, fetal models, audio-visual aids to teachers, students and the general public. Support services include providing information and referral for women and family members affected by post-abortion problems and crisis pregnancy. Pro-Life facility.
