Information for participants and the general public regarding Center services and community resources for people with disabilities. When appropriate, referrals are made as a means of assisting the individual in accessing needed services. Also organizes and conducts workshops and seminars on disabilities, provides technical assistance, and helps coordinate financial resources for services to increase independence.
