Connect people to vital resources and information regarding transportation services; access to food; affordable housing; healthy aging; end of life; dementia information and, livable / age-friendly communities. Provide educational programs and support to older adults in the community and provide support and programs to caregivers (including interactive videos on our website). Provide support to long-term care facilities through programs like iPADS for Seniors.
