Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Support Coordination services (also known as case management services) helps children and families to learn about, find and access services to address behavioral, development and social needs of children in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock. Services available include: Comprehensive Assessment, Treatment Planning, Coordination and Linking of Other Services, Home visits, Psycho education, Supportive Problem-solving, and Treatment Team Meetings.

Mental Health Support Agency serving adults, 21 and up, who live with chronic mental illness. Services provided: Providing education on health, safety, and medication management. Providing training on activities of daily living Assisting and encouraging utilization of beneficial community resources Reducing risk of required professional interventions such as psychiatric hospitalizations and judicial interventions. Providing training in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships. Assisting and providing training in basic living skills

Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) works collaboratively with adults, age 18 years and older, to build skills that promote self-determination and empowerment. It provides training and education to assist individuals as they work towards stability, independent living, and bettering their daily lives. Individuals eligible for this service may have a dual diagnosis of either mental illness and intellectual disability or mental illness and substance use disorder.

Provide goal directed training to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. Each individual will be assessed and have a personalized service plan to best serve their individual needs.

Assist consumers with multiple type diagnoses, increase their levels of functioning within their homes and within the community: medication management/assistance, court compliance, budgeting, anger management, hygiene, employment preparations.

Mental Health Skill-Building: Assists those with mental health diagnoses in meeting all of life's struggles and challenges - from helping the client to access community resources to training the client in the most basic life skills. Provides mental health supports meeting a wide range of needs associated directly with the mental illness itself and also with the accompanying issues that go along with every mental health diagnosis. SA/MH Outpatient Outpatient services consist of individual, group, and family counseling depending on the individuals need. Services will be offered at minimum an hour each week and treatment will cover topics such as coping skills, mental health wellness, anger management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and other concerns persons with substance abuse and/or mental health issues may face.

A qualified staff member works one on one with individuals to teach them how to develop coping skills, access community resources, develop a natural support system, and locate safe and affordable housing. Staff members also teach cooking skills, laundry and cleaning skills, nutrition, health and safety, budgeting skills, and community leisure skills. Individuals work toward attaining their goal of independence in the community.

Provides one on one in-home and community based education, skills training, support and assistance in developing independent living skills. Services include but are not limited to: Mediation management Coordinating Medical/Psychiatric care and counseling Budgeting and Managing personal relationships Accessing housing and benefits Nutritional Value Filing for disability benefits.
