Eligibility
MHSB Eligibility: 1. Prior history of any of the following: psychiatric hospitalization, crisis stabilization, ICT or PACT services, psychiatric residential, and/or TDO. 2.Prescribed an anti-psychotic, mood stabilizing, or antidepressant medication within 12 months or a letter from physician indicating medications are medically contraindicated for the individual. 3.Diagnosis of depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, or other serious mental illness or psychotic disorder. 4.Difficulty adhering to medical treatments, inappropriate use of social skills, community resources and personal support system, poor hygiene, inadequate nutrition, and difficulty with budgeting and money management.

At Strategic, our clinical staff is prepared to address the difficulties which challenge those with mental health problems. Designed to prevent institutionalization and repetitive inpatient stays, mental health support services work closely with the client, forming a service plan which address unique needs and personal goals. Problem areas are targeted and addresses. New skills are taught, enabling a higher functioning lifestyle. The client's counselor will work with him in his home as well as in the community.
