The Domestic Violence program of Family Service of Roanoke Valley includes an anger management program on Monday evenings and a healthy relationship group on Wednesday evenings. Individual and couples therapy is also provided as appropriate. The program is designed to interrupt abusive behavioral patterns and teach new ways of relating and dealing with conflict in intimate relationships.

ADAPT is Domestic and Sexual Violence Services' 18-week state-certified domestic violence intervention program that utilizes a compassionate approach. ADAPT teaches emotional regulation skills to adult residents of Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax who have been physically, emotionally, or sexually abusive to a spouse, partner, child, parent or other family member.

Offers two different anger management programs, one for youth and one for adults. The program aims to inhibit behavior by improving social skills and impulse control and teaching empathy and compassion. Parental involvement is necessary for the youth program.
