The Anger Management Program is designed to help children learn positive, non-violent responses to conflict and frustration. There is also a parental component that focuses on discipline techniques, exploring ways to reinforce nonviolent behavior, building self-esteem in children, understanding the influence of the media, and the role of the family and friends.
