Trinity Family Services is dedicated to servicing vulnerable adults in the community. Trinity offers Mental Health Skill Building, Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling, and Outpatient Therapy services to adults 18 years and older. We assist with mental health counseling, housing resources, medication compliance, finding providers, and help with other needed resources.
