The Community Engagement program provides opportunities for participants to directly interact with people who do not have disabilities in naturally occurring community settings. Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) is a program for those individuals who suffer from mental illness and lack basic living skills, those who need connections to community resources and require help in managing their psychiatric symptoms.
CCCS will develop individualized support plans that are specific to the client’s needs, a plan with an emphasis on managing psychiatric symptoms and establishing consistent medication management.
Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) is a program for those individuals who suffer from mental illness and lack basic living skills, those who need connections to community resources and require help in managing their psychiatric symptoms.
