Application process
A phone call is preferred prior to scheduling an intake appointment. An intake appointment takes approximately 1 1/2 hours. Consumers should bring their photo I.D., any health insurance cards and their income information.

LACIL provides five core services: Peer Counseling, Independent Living Skills Training, Information and Referral, Systems and Individual Advocacy and Transition. In addition, service Facilitation for the consumer-directed DD Waiver and the CCC Plus Waiver.
