Eligibility
Individuals with intellectual disabilities and other secondary disabilities such as emotional/behavioral problems or physical disabilities. Must be 18 years of age. Have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability. Meet the level of functioning criteria for ICF. Does not require skilled nursing services.
