Pfizer RxPathways offers patient assistance programs to people without prescription coverage. These programs provide: Savings on Pfizer medicines, regardless of age or income, or Free Pfizer medicines for people with limited incomes who qualify. The Pfizer MAINTAIN program will help eligible people in financial need continue to get their Pfizer medicines if they have recently become unemployed and do not have prescription coverage. Beneficiaries of the program will get their Pfizer medicines for free for up to a year or until they become re-insured (whichever comes first). Eligibility: Individuals and their immediate family members are eligible for this program if: -They have become unemployed since January 1, 2009 -They were prescribed and taking a Pfizer medicine for at least 3 months prior to becoming unemployed and enrolling in the program -Lack prescription drug coverage -Can attest to financial hardship Enrollment: Applicants will be asked to complete an easy, one-page form, attest to financial hardship and provide proof of unemployment. The program does not require people to verify income and, as the program was designed for people who already have a Pfizer prescription, it will not be necessary to visit the doctor prior to applying to Pfizer MAINTAIN. Pfizer will process applications within two to three weeks. People who think they may qualify should call (844)989-7284 or visit www.pfizerrxpathways.com. Benefits: People enrolled in the program will get their Pfizer medicines for up to one year, or until they become re-insured (whichever comes first).
Enrolls patients who qualify in pharmaceutical donation programs. Not all medications are available. Each company requires eligibility determination for medication requested (in addition to meeting clinic eligibility). No scheduled drugs/narcotics.
Rx Outreach is a fully licensed mail order pharmacy that provides affordable medications for people in need.
Web site and call center have extensive database of discount or free prescription medications available according to eligibility requirements. PPA determines which program to refer to based on inquirer responses to questions about eligibility, trying to get the least costly alternative. Program takes approximately two weeks from the time the caller completes and returns a form sent to them in the mail or downloaded over the Internet.

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) provides medicine used to treat HIV/AIDS to individuals who have limited or no health insurance coverage and low incomes.
Funding provided for fuel assistance and prescriptions. There are certain requirements that must be met in order to receive assistance, which will be approved by the Director. The Center will have a Financial Assistance Form you will need to complete. The center provides transportation and cost for birth certificate and/or DMV ID's.

The Patient Access Network Foundation is an independent, nationwide 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing help and hope to underinsured patients who are unable to afford the out-of-pocket expenses for their prescribed medications. Since 2004, PAN has provided over $1 billion in financial assistance to more than 500,000 people living with chronic or critical illnesses, across more nearly 60 disease-specific programs.
