Eligibility
Must be diagnosed with a disease that PAN has funding for-Medication that you are receiving must be fighting the disease directly.-You must be insured and the insurance has to cover the medication that you are seeking assistance for.-Copay or coinsurance must be $600 more annually for the medications for which you are seeking assistance.-Must be a legal U.S. resident.-Your income must be below the designated percentage of the Federal Poverty Level, depending on individual fund requirements.
