Family Practice services for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Physicals, Minor Surgery / Cryosurgery is available for the removal of skin problems too small for surgery. Labs. On site EKGs. Family Planning Services include PAP smears, pregnancy testing, birth control counseling, and gynecological care. Medication Assistance Program The RxRelief Medication Assistance Program helps income-eligible uninsured residents obtain low-cost medications.
