The Franklin County Neighborhood Watch Organization, Inc. is a citizen based crime prevention program. There are over 240 neighborhoods in the county that have organized to help fight crime in their neighborhood. This program has been very successful in aiding the deputies with information that has helped solve crimes in Franklin County.

National Counseling Group provides behavioral health, substance use, and crisis services.

Chesterfield Employment Services (CES) provides assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in securing and keeping employment in the community.

Offers assistance to low-income individuals by removing imminent health and safety hazards and/or barriers to the habitability of their homes. Eligibility is income based.

The program provides group homes for individuals with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Also provides a highly structured program for residents to make progress toward more independent living. It operates 24 hours a day and seven days a week. The program is internally accessible for the handicapped.
