Bingocize and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention are provided in a series of weekly classes at various community locations. Bingocize - Older adults, through exercise, education and increased social engagement improve their knowledge of falls risk reduction and other important health topics. Tai-Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention uses slow, mindful movements and weight-shifting to relieve pain, build lower-body strength, and significantly reduce fall risks.
