Foster Care services are intended to be a temporary response for children and families in crisis. Foster care provides a safe and stable environment for children until the issues are resolved. If the issues cannot be resolved by the childrens parents then other options are sought, including placement with relatives, adoption, or independent living.

Provides confidential tutoring and classes, including remote services, for adults, free of charge with a one-time registration fee, using trained instructors and volunteers. One-to-one tutoring is available for any adult who wants to improve his or her literacy ability. This program serves non-native English speakers. ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes are available for non-native English speakers. Offers five levels of English classes (Pre-Beginner, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Post-Advanced), as well as specialized classes and citizenship classes throughout the year.
