Free workshops are designed for those with chronic health conditions to better manage their health and lead fuller lives, including their caregivers and family members. Interactive workshops cover a range of topics: nutrition, exercise, managing negative thoughts, communication skills with family, friends, and medical professions, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
