The Healthy Start Loving Steps program provides case management services to reduce infant deaths. The Loving Steps provides nutrition counseling and case management services during pregnancy and after the baby is born. Also serve families that have an infant or toddler with nutrition related medical problems.

City of Danville's Housing and Community Development Division believes that the building blocks for a strong and vibrant city are stable and resilient neighborhoods. project:HOMES developes senior apartment communities and builds affordable homes. Help low-income and the elderly remain in their homes to comfortably age in place. Senior apartments include the William Byrd on Broad Street, Omni Park Place in Ashland and Parham Park Place I & II in Henrico.

The library includes legal information on Henrico and Virginia government, and on Henrico County, Virginia state, and federal law. In addition, the collection includes access to the LexisNexis Database. The collection is available on the lower level of Tuckahoe Library.

Provides after school care to children ages 5-18 throughout the school year.

Helps the visually impaired enhance their quality of life by providing the means for safe and independent travel. Provides leader dogs to individuals whose vision is impaired to the extent of legal blindness as defined by the IRS. Referral Policy: Applicant completes first and last page of application and physician must complete the second and third pages. Assignment cannot be made until receipt of completed application. An admissions committee evaluates the application and upon final acceptance, the applicant is notified of definite assignment. There is no charge for the leader dog or any part of the 4-week training program. Applicants must undergo the 4-week program with their assigned dog at the Michigan facility. Students live at the facility under constant supervision of competent instructors.
