Foreclosure Prevention Clinics are held weekly and include a presentation on vital information that every homeowner in danger of foreclosure should know. Clients who attend the clinic are then scheduled to meet individually with counselors who will address their specific situations. HUD certified counselors assess their clients' financial and credit status and, if appropriate, contact their lenders to negotiate alternatives to foreclosure (forbearance, repayment plans, etc). Counselors also help their clients apply for any assistance programs for which they might be eligible.

Anger Management groups and/or individual sessions: These services monitor anger on a weekly basis, implement anger control plans, educate clients on the aggression cycle, and teach assertiveness, conflict resolution, and relaxation techniques. Parent Coaching, Education and Support Services: Lessons are taught by Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educators and focus on teaching parents mutual respect, identifying the belief behind the behavior, effective communication and problem-solving skills, discipline that teaches, finding solutions instead of punishing, and encouragement.
