Provides assessment, planning referral, monitoring and advocacy to individuals with mental retardation, developmental delays and developmental disabilities. Offers respite care. Provides group homes with a supervised home-like environment. Offers limited financial assistance to families for other programs which will enhance the consumers ability to live in the community.
