WorkSource Enterprises provides supported employment services to individuals with disabilities. Training and ongoing support is funded through Virginia's Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services. In addition, WorkSource works with area Departments of Social Services to assist individuals currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) funds as they transition from welfare into the workforce.
