Developmental Delays - Clintwood, Dickenson County Behavioral Health Services

Provides assessment, planning referral, monitoring and advocacy to individuals with mental retardation, developmental delays and developmental disabilities. Offers respite care. Provides group homes with a supervised home-like environment. Offers limited financial assistance to families for other programs which will enhance the consumers ability to live in the community. Adult Development Day Program - opportunity to learn skills necessary for daily living as well as social interaction. Provides Case Management and transportation for clients and supported employment at The Attic thrift store. Early Intervention - home-based program for families with developmentally delayed infants and toddlers up to age three.
