The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond provides information on child development, services for children with special needs or developmental delays, and community resources for infants and toddlers and their families. The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond also provides temporary service coordination, home visits, and developmental screenings of Richmond City infants and toddlers who are birth to 3 years old and may have special needs. The Infant & Toddler Connection of Richmond coordinates early intervention services within the community according to an individual child and family's needs.

Intellectual Disability Services - Front Royal, Child and Family Outpatient Services, Northwestern Community Services Board

Provides an array of outpatient services for children with serious emotional disturbances, substance abuse disorders and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include psychiatric treatment, medication management, individual, family and group counseling, school-based day treatment, Intensive In-Home Services, Infant/Toddler Case Management, and case management for children 3-18. Central Point of Entry - Farmville, Infant & Toddler Connection of the Heartland

Infant & Toddler Connection of the Heartland serves the following counties: Amelia, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward. The Infant & Toddler Connection of the Heartland provides supports and services in the child's natural environment (home, day care, etc) for children with developmental delays from birth to age three. Longwood University serves as the local lead agency for implementation of the Part C program for families who live in planning district 14. Off street parking is provided and program is totally accessible for the handicapped.
