he Authority has two main functions. The production of wholesale water to its members and solid waste collection services. The production of water is accomplished by utilizing the main well at the water treatment plant and Well #4. These two sources are capable of producing over two million gallons per day. The water treatment plant is a state of the art filtration plant built in the late 90’s. Over 75% of the inhabited structures in the County are supplied by public water.
