EnergyShare is Dominion Energy's year-round energy assistance program that helps eligible people in need pay their primary heating and cooling bills. Applications for the EnergyShare program are managed through local assistance agencies. Please call 211 or visit 211virginia.org for a referral to your local EnergyShare agency for bill payment assistance. In addition to bill payment assistance, Dominion Energy customers approved for EnergyShare may also be eligible for a home energy assessment conducted by a local weatherization service provider at no-cost to them.
