The Farmville Area Bus provides public transportation to people living in the Farmville area. All buses have handicap access. The Farmville Area Bus also offers ADA Paratransit Van Service. The Service provides accessible public transportation throughout the Town and the Paratransit operators will provide door-to-door assistance for handicap individuals. Fixed route services are available to the general public. Offers deviated fixed route bus transportation on a set route to anyone in Henry County and Martinsville City, Virginia. Customers must wait at the bus stop for pick up. Accessible transportation for people with functional disabilities is available upon request with a completed and approved Americans with Disabilities Act Paratransit Eligibility application prior to transport. Will deviate from the route up to .75 mile off of the fixed route. ADA requests must be booked at least 24 business hours in advance by calling Intake.

Provides transportation for the Town of Front Royal. The Front Royal Area Transit (FRAT) provides transportation within the Town of Front Royal. FRAT runs on a fixed route that begins and ends at the Front Royal/Warren County Visitor's Center. The schedule repeats every hour. The first run starts at 8:30AM and the last run starts at 4PM. ACCESSIBILITY: The FRAT Bus is ADA accessible and equipped with the latest wheelchair lifts and security systems. Persons with disabilities who are ADA certified may be picked up and dropped off curbside anywhere within 3/4 mile of our regular route. Please call in advance.

Provides a public bus transit system to Charlottesville/Albemarle communities offering standard and regular routes with fixed time schedules. All buses are wheelchair accessible. Offers reduced fare for persons age 65 and older and for persons with disabilities.
Transit Services and Programs coordinates Metro related services, the Alexandria DASH bus service, DOT paratransit for the mobility impaired, ridesharing to promote the formation of car and vanpools, the Virginia Railway Express commuter rail, bus stop amenities, and other vehicle alternative programs.

Provides public transportation, serving Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Dayton, Bridgewater and Augusta County residents and business destinations.
RATS provides on demand, door-to-door transportation that is safe, reliable, and affordable. Anyone living in the Rockbridge area can ride for any reason. Simply call 48 hours in advance of your need. A sliding fare scale based on income is used. We specialize in transport for the elderly, isolated, low-income, and people with disabilities for the purpose of healthcare, employment, critical errands, shopping, community involvement, and social activities. Rides are also available to regional medical centers in Roanoke, Charlottesville, Fishersville and elsewhere. Medicaid riders call 1-866-386-8331 and make Medicaid healthcare trip reservations at least 5 days in advance. All licenses, operating authorities, and insurances are in place and all drivers are trained and certified to transport Medicaid clients.
Provides transportation to area citizens, including those who are disabled, the general public and human service agency clients, daily commuter routes from rural origins, demand-response transportation services to the general public in rural areas, and training for agency drivers which permits agencies to use JAUNT for reduced fee. JAUNT vehicles are equipped with lifts and low steps for persons requiring such features. For Medicaid transportation, clients should contact LogistiCare.

Fredericksburg Regional Transit (FXBGO!) provides public transit services in the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Spotsylvania and Stafford. The Greater Fredericksburg region is located in central Virginia, on the I-95 Corridor, between the Washington D.C., and Richmond Metropolitan areas. FXBGO! is a department of the City of Fredericksburg and is directly managed and operated by City of Fredericksburg employees.
Provides transportation for the Town of Warrenton and Fauquier County. We strive to keep fares low to ensure that anyone is able to afford a ride. The Circuit Rider is the Town of Warrenton's Public Transit Shuttle. Also offers, curb-to-curb Demand-Response service within Fauquier County to complement the Warrenton fixed route. Rides are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and can be made up to a week in advance.
Provides weekday rush hour express bus service from locations throughout eastern Prince William County, Manassas and Gainesville areas to destinations including the Mark Center, Pentagon, Crystal City, Rosslyn/Ballston, Tysons Corner, downtown Washington DC, and Washington Navy Yard. Limited mid-day service is also available.

Provides a Commuter Services program that offers commuters practical alternatives to driving alone to work by providing free personalized information and options. Provide information on the following services: Carpool or Vanpool Matching, Vanpool Assistance Program, Commuter Bus Services, Commuter Rail (VRE), Metro, MetroChek, Guaranteed Ride Home Program, HOV Lanes and Park & Ride Lots. Serves the counties of Rappahannock, Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison, and Orange.

Ride counselors offer transportation education, travel training and referrals to local transportation providers. Also assist with discounted GRTC fixed route and CareVan tickets as well as Chesterfield Access vouchers on a limited basis. For those who meet eligibility requirements, Ride Connection is also able to provide two (2) round-trip rides to medical appointments for persons living in the City of Richmond and the Counties of Charles City County, Goochland, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan.

To obtain proper identification so as to be entitled to pay our discount fares, or use discount passes, a person must come to the Valley Metro Administrative Office during the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. This person must bring with them a state issued photo identification card, and one of the items listed below: For proof of disability: *valid Medicare card *Easter Seal card *Letter from the Social Security Administration, designating the person as a recipient of Supplemental Security Income(SSI) or Social Security Disability Income(SSDI). *Letter from a physician stating that a person has a permanent disability. For proof of age: *In most cases a state issued photo identification card is the accepted form for proof of age 65, or older; *If no state issued ID is available, a Medicare card (with photo) can be accepted for proof of age.
