Ride counselors offer transportation education, travel training and referrals to local transportation providers. For those who meet eligibility requirements, Ride Connection is also able to provide two (2) round-trip rides to medical appointments for persons living in the City of Richmond and the Counties of Charles City County, Goochland, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan.

The Span Center, formerly Senior Connections, provides resources, advocacy, support, and services to help individuals maintain quality of life and independence as they age. The agency also provides information and referral for caregivers and persons with disabilities under Virginia's No Wrong Door initiative.
