Customized companion care, personal assistance, homemaker services, as well as caregiver respite is offered. All older adults and individuals with disabilities, living in the Metro Richmond area, who require assistance with carrying out activities of daily living are eligible for services. Services are available for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day, including weekends, depending on need. Subsidized services are available.

Vaccines are provided to adults and children following the guidelines set forth by the Advisory Committee in Immunization Practices (ACIP) within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. On-site and off-site immunization clinics provide vaccine opportunities for flu, pneumonia, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, and other adult and childhood vaccines. The program also provides consultation and vaccines for foreign travel.
