Serves adult men with primary diagnosis of Intellectual Disability (diagnosis must be documented as originating prior to age 18). Services offered include: 1) Residential Care with awake/overnight staff in a home-like environment; 2) In-Home/Supported Living Care; and 3) Short-term Respite Care. Applicants must have source of funding, i.e. ID Medicaid Waiver, private pay funds. Provide comprehensive support services in a Christian community setting with the goal of helping each person experience the most independent and complete life possible utilizing person-centered planning.
