When an individual is accepted for membership in an Oxford House, there is no time limit on how long he or she can live there, but the use of alcohol or drugs or non-payment of rent will result in expulsion. The Lynchburg City Assessor's Office is required to maintain an alphabetical ownership tax roll each year for the period of July 1 through June 30.
