Rehabilitation Teaching & Independent Living (RT/IL) Services help people who are blind, vision impaired, or deafblind learn skills to live more independently. They also teach skills for personal care, socializing, getting around safely, and enjoying hobbies and other activities. The goal is to help each person gain confidence and independence in their daily life.

There is no income guideline requirement, however, clients must have a disconnect notice. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.

The Virginia Bleeding Disorders Program is a legislatively enacted program through the Virginia Department of Health, Division of Child and Adolescent Health, for the care and treatment of persons with hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders. Virginia recognizes that the ongoing medical costs of treating such bleeding disorders often exceed the financial capacity of families, despite insurance coverage. The program supports a system of coordinated, family-oriented, multidisciplinary services for persons of all ages with bleeding disorders.

Customers can now lock and unlock their Electronic Benefit Transfer cards between uses, helping ensure that only authorized transactions occur when the card is ready to be used. The new feature is easy to access using the ConnectEBT app available for download on both Android and Apple devices. ConnectEBT is the only officially licensed app to service Virginia Electronic Benefit Transfer customers and is managed by Conduent Inc., a private company that provides a range of services to government agencies. Virginia, along with 20 other states, contracts with Conduent to administer Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and other benefits.

The Falls Church Combined District Court includes a General District Court and a Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court. These courts are responsible for hearing cases involving small claims, civil claims, traffic and criminal matters, juvenile delinquency, and domestic disputes.

The Common Interest Community Board regulates common interest community managers, as well as certain employees of licensed management firms. The Board's authority also includes condominium and time-share project registrations, and extends to transactions occurring within Virginia, even if the property involved is located outside the Commonwealth. Property owner, condominium, and cooperative associations are required to file annual reports with the Board.

Provides absentee voting applications and ballots. Residents must be 18 years of age by date of the current year's general election in order to register. Residents aged 16-18 may pre-register.

This is a visitation and education program designed to meet the physical, psychological, and cosmetic needs of the breast cancer patient. One-on-one support is given through visits between the survivor and patient (either face-to-face, phone, or online visits).
