Description
Rapid Rehousing is a short-term crisis response intervention intended to minimize a household's time spent homeless. The program helps families quickly secure and maintain stable housing by removing immediate barriers to reentry into the community. All families participating in LHH’s shelter program have the opportunity to exit through Rapid Rehousing, which provides housing search assistance, financial support for rent or move-in costs, and individualized case management to promote long-term housing stability.
