The Homeless Information Line (HIL) is the link to services for those who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless in the next 14 days. Callers leave a message and will receive a call back within 3 business days. The callback will review their circumstances, provide links to resources, and if they may be eligible for back rent or need assistance with a security deposit/first month rent to leave homelessness, they are referred for an eligibility screening, which determines if they can be referred for help from the Haven's housing programs. Those who are not eligible for Haven funds are referred to other resources in the region specific to their needs.

A rental assistance program that assists very low-income families with their rent in the private market. The voucher program increases affordable housing choices for very low-income households by allowing families to choose privately owned rental housing. The family may choose a unit with a higher rent than the fair market rent (FMR), however, the rent must be reasonable

Groups meet twice a month for as long as they need where they can play, talk, take part in activities, or just be with someone who know what they are going through and help them begin the process of healing and returning to a sense of peace.
