The Free Clinic of Franklin County provides health care services and medications to eligible low-income adult residents of Franklin County, or adults with Medicaid. Summer Camps offer creative, educational, and fun-filled experiences for children of all ages. Summer Art Camp is a full-day one week camp.

Provides and manages low-cost rental housing at the Winchester Gardens Apartments on 10th Street in Waynesboro. Applications are taken at the Waynesboro Redevelopment Housing Authority for low-income tenants.

The Surge Shelter is not a walk-up shelter. The Surge Shelter will provide additional capacity and space for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness when the Salvation Army's inclement weather shelter is full and the temperature falls below 40 degrees. The Surge Shelter can be activated when those conditions are met between December 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027.

A social rehabilitation center based on the clubhouse model where adults with mental health or emotional disabilities gain employment skills in food service, clerical duties, housekeeping and maintenance. Social activities are available.
