No Wrong Door is a person-centered system designed to streamline individuals' access to community services and supports. The program operates through a statewide network of partners supporting older adults, caregivers, individuals with disabilities, veterans and all other populations seeking services and supports. It uses secure technology to link providers who collaboratively connect individuals to the supports and services they need.

Lynchburg Fire Department houses the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Department members provide command and control support through the EOC to on-scene incident command during disaster situations. Department members also oversee the City's Emergency Operations Plan and provide the community with risk assessments and emergency preparedness information to help mitigate disasters that may occur in the future.

Sabrina s Place is a Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Center developed to prevent violence from occurring between family members during the exchange or visitation of children. In addition to providing a safe, secure environment for children and their parents, Sabrina s Place provides services that promote healthy interactions between family members and prevent the victimization of both parents and children.

Handles all civil cases with claims of more than $15,000. Shares authority with the general district court to hear matters involving claims between $4,500 and $15,000.
