For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirement, however, those under age 60 must have a disconnect notice (those age 60 or older do not need a disconnect notice). EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.

Administers the social security retirement, disability and survivors benefit programs. We are also responsible for determining entitlement to Medicare and eligibility for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. Frontier Industries is dedicated to empowering people with developmental, emotional and/or physical disabilities offering vocational, employment, residential, developmental and community integration services to achieve personal independence. Supported Living offers needed supports for adults with developmental disabilities who choose to live in their own homes.

The Official Transportation Museum of the Commonwealth of Virginia portrays the history of transportation in the Southeastern United States with special interest in railroading.
