Offers a nutritious noon meal and socialization in group settings at 12 sites throughout the service area. Diners meet at a central location to enjoy an interesting activity or program, a hot nutritious lunch, and the company of others. There is no cost, but donations are accepted. Transportation to Diners Clubs is provided by RADAR in the Roanoke Valley at no cost to the participant.

Resource Centers are health clinics with a variety of services available in public housing communities and Southwood Apartments. All services are offered to anyone, and cost is based on a financial eligibility sliding sale. The Resource Centers also refer and connect patients to primary care providers and other community services, empowering residents to get connected to the care they need.

Andrew Rader US Army Health Clinic provides primary care, pediatrics, and select specialty care services.

Serves all middle school and high school youth in county with bike safety classes, car seat safety classes, car inspections and first aid/CPR instructions.

A local history and genealogy library with collections focusing on Loudoun County, regional and Virginia history, genealogy, military history with special emphasis on the American Civil War, and ethnic history. Reunification of the family by correcting problems that ultimately led to the Foster Care placement. This involves working with the natural family, the child, the foster family, the court, and various community resources. The Child Welfare Unit is responsible for the recruitment, approval, and re-evaluation of foster care homes. A volunteer Foster Care program is offered to families in need of respite care for their children.

Provides a civic club which is service oriented with emphasis on sight/hearing conservation, drug awareness and diabetes awareness. Primary purpose is to buy hearing aids and glasses and help residents of Waynesboro receive free eye examinations. The Club also sends young people to diabetes camp.

Provides access to low cost or difficult to obtain prescription drugs or supportive services that help patients take their medication as prescribed by their physician.

Provides a network of therapeutic foster homes for children 8 to 18 years of age. This treatment foster care program is for children in the community who don't need to be in a group home, but need more attention and support than is provided by traditional foster care. Youth and families benefit from extra support and supervision. The program is able to accept emergency placements and to provide long term foster care leading to permanency. MCCS Quantico's CDCs are accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). All classrooms accommodate children according to their developmental age and any special needs. Two meals and one snack are provided daily.
