Provides a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for all special education children ages two to twenty-one. An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is developed for each child who qualifies for special education services under IDEA. The IEP is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the individual child. Provides an elementary educational institute and preschool that offers adaptations for test taking, audiological evaluation and diagnosis, and Child Find Service for disabled students.

The Energy Assistance Program consists of three components: Fuel Assistance assists low-income eligible households by supplementing home energy costs. Applications are accepted the second Tuesday in October through the second Friday in November. Crisis Assistance assists low-income households with energy related emergencies. Applications are accepted November 1st through March 15th. Cooling Assistance assists households in acquiring or repairing cooling equipment and /or payment of electric bills to operate cooling equipment. Intensive In-Home is available for children and adolescents ages 4-20. This service includes up to 10 hours a week of intensive individual and family therapy, supportive counseling, 24/7 crisis management and case management. Some of the areas that this service helps improve include family communication, conflict resolution, behavior management, family relationships, interpersonal skills, coping skills and symptom management.
