Provides planning and zoning services for the Town of Leesburg. Issues sign permits, temporary use permits, home occupation permits and trailer permits. Also inspects construction sites, ordinance violations, bond processing/release and tree preservation.

The Land Development Division (LDD) is responsible for reviewing and coordinating the review of land development plans for conformance with the County's Design and Construction Standards Manual and Zoning & Subdivision Ordinances.
