TOP (Teamwork ~ Options ~ Pathways to Success) is an interest and needs based prevention program designed to connect youth and their families with services that can refocus youth in the right direction by building on their strengths and providing them with a positive support system.

Provides individual, couple and family therapy, adoption evaluation, business and organizational consultation. Some of the issues include divorce/separation, infidelity, pre-marital counseling, couple and marital enrichment, couple and family communication and conflict resolution, parenting and step-parenting, infertility, sexual difficulties, and work-family balance.

Critical Incident Stress Management teams work with individuals or groups of emergency medical services, fire, law enforcement and dispatch personnel who may suffer from stress after being involved in a critical incident. Carilion Clinic Adolescent and Student Health Service's mission is to help young adults stay healthy now and in the future. We serve youth ages 10-26 and offer a wide range of healthcare services including wellness visits, school, sports, and camp physicals, acute illness and minor injury treatment, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, contraception and family planning, mental health counseling, and health educaton services.

Child and Adolescent Services Team (CAST) help young people with mental health and substance use issues. Services include family and individual therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and coordination of other specialized services. CAST is flexible in addressing individual needs and provides services in the home, in the community at Chesterfield Mental Health Support Services. Accord counseling is a community mental health agencies that provides outpatient counseling to individuals of all ages and intensive in-home services to at-risk youth and their families.

Avalon offers group and individual counseling services, either remotely or in person to primary or secondary survivors of domestic or sexual violence, dating violence or stalking in the Williamsburg area and Middle Peninsula. Services are available for women, men and transgender for adults and youth.
