There are two (2) Extended Day Enrichment Programs available: After School Enrichment Program (ASEP): The ASEP, offered in all elementary schools, operates every full day from the time school is dismissed until 6:00pm. A typical day will include time for socialization and free play, snack, homework/quiet time, and enrichment activities. ​ Student Holiday Program (SHP): The Student Holiday Program provides a safe, energetic, and enriching environment from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Mission of the Boys & Girls Club is "To inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens".

SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten-sixth grade before school, after school and during school vacations in most Fairfax County public elementary schools. Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities. SACC offers a sliding fee scale for income eligible families.

Offers after-school programs at Waddell Elementary School & Central Elementary. Children at Mountain View Elementary are bussed to Central Elementary for the after-school program there. The YMCA provides after school care from 3pm-5:30pm at the Blacksburg Middle School in Community Room #2, Mon-Friday during the school semester. WHEN: After school from 3:00-5:30pm, five days a week! WHO: RCPS elementary school students WHEN: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:15-6:00 p.m. Thursday 12:30 – 6:00 p.m. WHERE: Belle Heth Elementary School Students attending McHarg Elementary will be bussed by RCPS to Belle Heth There is no bus service home at the end of the program, so students will need to be picked up from Belle Heth

The after school program offers full day care during school holidays. Pick up at all City Schools, Ladd, Stump, Cassell and Stuarts Draft. Space limited. Call for registration times for Summer Care and After School/Before School programs.

Provide Before and After School care for Hampton children in grades K - 8. Activities include homework help, snack time, physical eduacation, enrichment programs, games and activities.

After School Tutoring is provided every school day for neighborhood children ages 7 thru 14 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. Program is offered September-June. Summer Lunch Program provides nutritious lunch for children ages 3 thru 18 from 12:30pm until 1:00pm. A recreation time is provided from 11:30am until 2:30pm. Any student ages 7-18 may come for a free lunch as well as being able to participate in the enrichment program. We will feed any child under age 7 but they will have to be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian) not a sibling or younger family member - NO exceptions.

Offers a fun, educational and caring environment for children ages 5 to 12. Extra activities include swimming, snacks, basketball, homework help, computers, sports, arts & crafts and field trips.
