The program is administered by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration through grant agreements with the state and eligible organizations such as Goodwill. Through SCSEP, Goodwill provides part-time employment and training in community service positions for individuals age 55 and older. Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is currently serving the older worker population throughout its 31 county, 13 city service area.
