This program helps low income, mature job seekers obtain the skills and work experience needed to find employment. Participants work 18 hours per week in non-profits and government entities to contribute to those agencies while building their skills, self-esteem and references. In addition, they are assisted with job search activities including resume development, preparing for job interviews, and job leads.
